We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all orders. If you’re not satisfied with your results or your experience, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return is not always required:
In many cases, we may not require you to return the product. Our goal is to keep the process simple and stress-free.

2. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

We’ll replace damaged items at no additional cost.

To speed things up, please include a clear photo of the issue in your email.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note, banks and credit card providers can take 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

We keep subscriptions flexible and easy.

Cancel anytime: You may cancel, pause, or skip your subscription at any time, with no penalties or hidden fees.

How to manage your subscription:

Log in to your customer portal, or

Email us at  support@shopglazedskin.com, and we’ll handle it for you.

Billing: If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us within 7 days so we can help.

We’ll work with the carrier to locate the package and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement.
